The September Issue (Behind the Scenes edition)

For September, we have decided to focus on things behind the scenes or emerging from behind the scenes. Check out the great write-ups and interviews below!

Check out 2high Festival! 2high focuses on the professional development of emerging artists and coordinators in fields from the dance to production, marketing and management to illustration and performance. On the same vein, this month we will witness BF09 Under the Radar which is a component of major event Brisbane Festival.  However, Let us not forget other events in the calendar which will continuously be updated throughout the year and we have most recently incorporated events in the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers regions as well.

 What is Twestival?  @Twestival is a worldwide Twitter charity event phenomenon – there are 100’s of events happening.

How many events were there in total with the February Twestivals? 202 I believe, run by over 1,000 volunteers.

How did the February BNETwestival go? Fantastic! Man, it was so much fun! 200+ people came & partied; it was brilliant!

What will we see for September BNETwestival? Bands, cupcakes, an art auction, burlesque, presentation from @inspire_AUS our charity.
